He has devoted his life to the mission of creating a culture of respect for ALL: to provide parents, educators, middle schools, high schools, colleges, university campuses, military installations, associations, and corporations the SKILLS for Creating a Culture of RESPECT - including for reducing sexual harassment and sexual assault. SKILLS taught include addressing workplace attitudes, the 9 "Daily Displays of Disrespect in the Workplace," the "Slope of Workplace Interactions," the "Ultimate Workplace Relationship" Standard, transforming leaderhship, honoring boundaries, consent, respect, bystander intervention, teen dating, sex education, abstinence, impact of porn & nudes, reducing sexual assault (rape), and supporting survivors of sexual assault.In the past 2 decades, Mike has spoken on 4 continents and in hundreds of institutions.
