CurrentIncreased company profitability through recruiting new project managers and departmental leaders. Solved existing personnel issues with an influx of 50% new, well trained employees. Authored and launched a completely new Employee Policy Handbook; updating employment law information, adding new policies about confidentiality, timekeeping and discipline procedures, among others. This was the first update in 13 years. Currently transitioning company to an electronic HRIS and Timekeeping system. Researched solutions and hired business consultants to integrate existing programs into a new solution. Introduced Employee Evaluations and trained 15 supervisors and managers how to conduct one-on-ones, teach accountability to subordinates and follow strict documentation, suspension and termination procedures.
