Create/edit technical documentation and training materials in support of Boston Scientific Neuromodulation's implementation of its Management Execution System (MES).

Created training materials for clients including Amgen, Wells Fargo Bank, California State University at Northridge, PacifiCare Health Systems, and Union Bank of California. Coordinated the implementation of a competencies assessment at Amgen.

Provide Instructional Design and Technical Writing services for clients including Southern California Edison, Transamerica Long-Term Care Insurance, Kaiser Permanente and Astellas Pharma.

Was responsible for design and maintenance of training, management development and orientation programs for the Retail Bank. Managed a staff of seven instructional designers. Facilitated Train-the-Trainer sessions.
