This lead to shortened lead times of 15% and reduced inventories of finished goods and raw materials across two manufacturing sites (UK & Costa Rica) by 28%, to £8.6m, within 6 months. • Aligned and improved the collaboration between two separate Engineering teams in the UK and Costa Rica through process alignment and team building to deliver a single, more effective team. • Responsible for the development and launch of the Sachtler aktiv range of products (£1m investment, launched in October 2020), designed in the UK and Costa Rica and manufactured in China and Costa Rica.
