Member of the BSS Delivery Management team. Responsibilities included oversight of numerous, concurrent projects that spanned across technology with a significant presence in BSS Technology. Managed contractor teams of delivery leads and business analysts along with overall project budgets in excess of $7M annually.

Mobilized a large (100+) onshore and offshore application development, maintenance, and support team to take over ownership of five critical applications within the client’s field services and customer care space.

Served as technical environment manager for a large scale customer service platform that integrates Oracle, Salesforce, Pega, and over ten remaining systems to match customer requests to advanced support technicians for troubleshooting and resolution.Activities resulted in the continued consolidation of legacy CRM and other back-office platforms between two Fortune 500 organizations as part of a global merger.

Led a large mobile enterprise application development team of Accenture resources in multiple global delivery centers and client locations. Managed the development and support of a portfolio of applications used by a Cable provider's Field Services and Network Operations work forces that supported six million plus subscribers within the continental US. Previously managed the development of a comprehensive mobile application for a Cable provider's Field Services workforce of 5,000+ technicians. This application guides residential technicians through the complex service fulfillment processes, as well as provides them with the flexibility needed to effectively service customers. Developed to support iOS, Android, and Chrome web browser and integrate with multiple back office enterprise systems.

Led deployment activities for a successful large scale foundation SAP ERP implementation across the client's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Asia) manufacturing footprint. Responsible for the business cutover readiness activities for over 2,000 users across 120 unique locations.

Led the PMO team for a project analyzing product and platform consolidation for the wireline line of business. Responsibilities included building project plans, reporting project financials to senior management, and travel logistics for a twenty-five person team of system architects and strategy consultants.

Provided tier one support for a Cable provider’s custom application that laid over their billing system for order entry purposes. Daily activities included managing a team of support agents, assisting local resources in the call centers with troubleshooting, reporting progress, and targeting agents who may require additional assistance with learning the application.

Developed standardized ordering processes and policies for all sales channels within the client’s markets (approx. 8,000+ employees). Responsibilities included: gathering best practices, creating future state processes/policies, and deploying the new standards across all markets. Significantly reduced difference between markets to eventually allow for company-wide realignment.

Deployed residential and commercial telephone as a new product across an entire company’s footprint, which was instrumental in allowing the company to sell new services to millions of subscribers.

Obtained insight into the workings of the Federal Reserve by supporting analysts in the Federal Reconcilement division of Financial Services.
