In this role I focus more directly on driving continued sales growth and performance. I am responsible for identifying and developing sales talent, establishing and executing strategic business goals and P&L performance. I work closely with operational leadership to ensure a focus on delivering difficult and complex projects for our well known, national in-store customers. I also work with the SVP's from other business units in the MSG group to develop complete solutions that derive the greatest overall value for our customers.

Tempt is a full service provider of in-store marketing materials, focusing on large format production of temporary p-o-p signage and display programs for retailers and brand marketers. Our unique mix of capabilities is highlighted by an extensive fleet of Inca Onset digital presses, including the newest S50 and Q40i platforms. We also offer a complete range of solutions that include design, litho, finisihing and custom kitting and fulfillment. As President, I am responsible for developing and executing strategy and tactics for this high growth specialty business within Quad/Graphics. Working with a talented team across two locations, we are building a high performance, high growth company that serves a wide variety of well known retail and consumer brands.

Tempt In-Store Productions was started from the remains of an acquired local printing company. The newly formed business was focused on providing unique in-store marketing solutions to national retailers and brand marketers. The core technology of this new venture was the Inca Onset S70 - the world's fastest UV digital flat-bed press. Leveraging this new technology with our extensive industry experience, we uniformly added talent, operational and strategic framework and strong customer support to quickly stabilize and grow this business.As President, and a founding partner of the business, I was responsible for all aspects of this business turn-around. I led the development and execution of the overall strategy to re-launch the business, including re-naming and branding decisions, sales strategy, technology platform (Inca), talent acquisiton and development, customer relationships and new business growth. Over the course of two years we developed a solid platform to support a high growth business that was quickly recognized as a critical partner by several large, national retailers (and, ultimately, a new business partner).All of this was accomplished despite the prevailing challenges presented by "The Great Recession" which coincided with our business start-up. While this difficult business environment certainly created great challenges and opportunities, it also offered a unique and everlasting business experience that will shape the balance of my career.
