Results include dramatic improvement in customer service, new business capture, customer retention and growth; cost reductions and efficiency improvements ($50-100 million each year); significant management process improvements; four sigma improvement in quality; successful acquisition integration; dramatic improvements in sales management and strategic pricing; and first time ever dual prepackage bankruptcy and concurrent acquisition of a complimentary competitive business resulting in Large Turnaround of the Year Award from the Global M&A Network.
