Responsible for the cyber range event designs and adherence to security requirements, in order to meet DOD customer testing and/or training requirements in association with the National Cyber Range Complex and Joint Information Operations Range. Primary liaison between DOD customers and the NCRC, responsible for systems analysis and solution development to include virtualized cyber range design, scenario development and the interconnection of multiple networks as required to meet all assigned tasking. Subject matter expert for Cyber Mission Force customer needs ranging from digital forensics to threat emulation and all other Defensive and Offensive Cyber Operations sub-disciplines in between.

Responsible for the development of small team and unit level Cyber exercise environments (cyber ranges) and scenarios along with the related training events in support of individual, team and company level certifications. Experienced in the utilization of US CYBERCOM's Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE) and major DOD Cyber exercises such as CYBERFLAG and DECRE to include: scenario development, cyber ranging design / construction, as well as live and recorded Red Team aggression and training environment artifact verification. Also manages a Command Readiness Training Team responsible for defensive cyber operations readiness monitoring and metrics.

Senior Defensive Cyber Analyst responsible for the supervision of operational data analysis, collection and analytical procedure development, solution engineering development, training resource employment, individual and team capability assessment and the qualification of analysts to meet role requirements.

Responsible for the supervision of a mixed military / civilian team that maintains, configures and monitors a Cyber Defense Sensor Grid for US Navy networks at the enterprise level including intelligence analysis, defensive signatures and automated detection solution development and management of global incident response measures and long-term incident handling processes.
