About Mike Durocher

Running a restaurant today is tough. Many owners today get locked into daily operations, never realizing why their business isn’t growing. For most it feels like trying to swim while being tied to an anchor. Me and my team are simplifying daily operations, essentially cutting off the anchor, and identifying easy to execute and effective sales building tasks to finally give owners the time to work on their business, not in it. This will give our owners the freedom to not only survive but thrive in today’s restaurant industry.
