Started a new journey in oncology and hematology sales with Ipsen in Q3 of 2021. Covering Los Angeles and Las Vegas markets.At Salix Pharmaceuticals I was a Specialty Rep. calling on Hepatology, Gastroenterology, Dr offices, liver centers, and surgery centers. I really enjoyed working in rare disease Liver and Gastro space. In 2021 I finished Q2 and Q3 above 100% in both products. Working in 2020 was a true challenge with the pandemic. I’ve enjoyed early success and look forward to the momentum I have created for 2021.I enjoyed my time at Circassia where I had a unique product mix of selling a pharmaceutical agent Tudorza for COPD and a device Niox for asthma into the respiratory market. My experience in COPD Pharma, along with my equipment/device selling experience helped me increase market share in my territory in 2018 as well as the first half of 2019.Had three great years selling Capital Equipment for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Sold chemistry, infectious disease, and blood bank analyzers with reagents into hospital labs and reference labs. Average selling cycle is 12 to 24 months and I signed contracts that averaged 5 to 7 years.Along with performing direct sales, I also worked with the following distributors:Cardinal Health, Thermo Fisher, McKesson, and Henry Schein. Pryor to Ortho Clinical, I completed seven years with Patterson Medical in April, 2015. I started with Patterson in October, 2008. As a sales rep. I sold Capital, device, and medical supplies. I called on doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, hospital buyers, nurses, various hospital departments, clinics, doctor offices, and long term care. At Patterson Medical I have gained experience working with all major GPO contracts that my hospitals purchase through. The past six years, I have called on Kaiser, community, teaching, and private hospitals. I work with staff, department directors, and hospital buyers.Prior to joining Patterson Medical I spent almost seven years with Boehringer Ingelheim in the pharmaceutical industry. Was hired as a primary care rep where I called on community hospitals, primary care, and internal medicine doctors. After two years at Boehringer, I was promoted to a specialty sales rep. As a specialty rep., I called on cardiologists, pulmonary, orthopedic, rheumotology, ER doctors, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists. I called on hospitals, doctor offices, and pharmacies.
