Armadillo is a tech-enabled subscription-based home warranty provider for homeowners and landlords with plans to cover the coordination of service appointments and the costs of repairs or replacements in the home. As CTO I joined to streamline technical operations (including bringing in a new outsourced development team), improve the quality and reliability of our release processes (including creating a deployment and test automation strategy), and defined a product roadmap and planning process with the business. We successfully released an MVP to support our customers and sales team, integrated a CRM into our business processes for customer and sales support, and implemented the tools and features to support the business operations for managing our customer's through the home warranty service process.

NowPow improves lives in underserved communities by connecting patients to community-based self-care and social resources – I joined and helped to refine and execute this vision to create a profitable SaaS platform that supports over 85,000 users and 14 million patients across 18 states and was recently acquired by our largest competitor, Unite Us. We released our initial platform in Azure within my first six months with external consultants, defined a modern product management strategy, built industry leading integration strategies with our customer’s electronic health records systems, created a security and compliance program, and grew an internal team of 27 Engineering and QA team members.

- Define and own the NoSQL and core search technology solutions of the Relativity product suite, a platform for managing all phases of the e-discovery process- Develop and direct the product strategy for a new NoSQL offering and collaborate across the organization to facilitate and create pricing updates, customer implementation and training plans, internal communication plans, marketing plans, and a go-to-market strategy.- Collaborate with key stakeholders on the executive and product marketing teams to develop and execute roadmaps to achieve a robust and comprehensive product strategy- Drive product management initiatives through cross-departmental collaboration across the organization with special emphasis on the product marketing team around each release - Write and effectively communicate product advantages and business cases- Create and deliver product roadmap presentations and software demos to customers, prospects, and internal audiences- Prioritize and oversee work for individual scrum teams and function as the product owner to guarantee successful execution and completion of product plans- Maintain prioritized, comprehensive, and up-to-date product requirements and themes- Manage and mentor business analysts and junior team members

- Direct day-to-day activities of multiple development teams designing, developing, and supporting software for CRM and Business Development Solutions for the legal market- Collaborate with product managers and senior executives on project status and key deliverables- Create budgets and resource plans and participate in business plan creation for investment planning process- Coordinate resource allocation, performance planning, coaching and team development- Design recruiting and interviewing strategy for full-time and contract positions- Oversee the technical architecture of the product suite, ensuring it meets industry standards- Coordinate with internationally distributed teams- Design and execute training initiatives- Coordinate with support, hosting, and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain relationships with internal (Thomson Reuters) and external business partners
