As CTO I joined to streamline technical operations (including bringing in a new outsourced development team), improve the quality and reliability of our release processes (including creating a deployment and test automation strategy), and defined a product roadmap and planning process with the business. We successfully released an MVP to support our customers and sales team, integrated a CRM into our business processes for customer and sales support, and implemented the tools and features to support the business operations for managing our customer's through the home warranty service process.
