About Mike Ebersole
I have always been a person of high dedication to anything I do. This has led me to have a fulfilling and rewarding career history. I began my professional life working in a private school as a long term substitute and then transitioned into a sales career. When I started in sales, I was very green and had a lot to learn. Four years later, I became a member of the elite sales leaders club of Cingular Summit winners for the sales year 2004. To earn this honor, I was one of the top 4% of all sales consultants nationwide. In addition to overachieving sales goals to earn this, I also had to have high customer satisfaction grades, training completion and an impeccable attendance record. Earning the Summit award helped me to realize that I had the skill set to be a highly successful sales person. Over the next few years I earned multiple statewide and district wide sales awards. During a 2 year appointment as a Home Solutions Sales Consultant within my AT&T position, I finished 4th in the Summit rankings, just outside the top 3 that were chosen as winners. Leaving the inside sales position I transitioned into working for a company making custom scoring tables for schools and athletic organizations. This was a good choice for me as it got me working with those in education again, as well as involving my love of basketball. I am looking for a company to work for that will take me to the end of my career. I know that whatever position I take next won't be my last as I want to advance within the company.
