Brands include Cask & Crew, Tuttobello, Mu, Pink Lemon Liqueur, LiDestri Sangria and Recipe 21. Led SE Division in planning, developing and activating launch of Cask and Crew Whiskey. Manage multiple states and distributors with experience with Franchise, State control and open markets.

Sr. Regional On Premise Manager Responsibilities include managing all aspects of On Premise sales, incentives, accountability, distributor management, budgeting, expenses and goal management for Trinchero Family Estates. Relationships with key Beverage distributor partners include Southern Wine and Spirits of South Carolina, United Distributors Statewide Georgia, Empire Distributors, Atlanta United Distributors Alabama, Johnson Brothers Alabama and Rush Distributors Alabama. Manage all key regional and independent on premise accounts of GA.Key Successes:Met at least 10% over goal every year as a sales manager. Grew business with top buyers in Atlanta from having zero programs to having annual program with over 50% of the top buying restaurant groups in the state. These succesful programs included Buckhead Life Group, Sedgwich Group, Concentrics, Here to Serve and 5th group restaurants.Succesfully launched 6 new Spirit brands and over 30 new wine brands into the Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee on premise and retail markets.

Responsible for sales and educational training of new hires at the corporate office. Helped write and launch sales training manual for Vanceril Double Strength and Clarinex. Also, helped write the District Sales Trainer Manual and traveled the country to run Train the Trainer programs.

I worked on two major launches: Claritin and Proventil HFA. Achieved 50% sales growth over goal on both launches and was named Rookie of the year 1997. I was named District Trainer after 1 year and then was promoted to be a National Sales Trainer in January 1998.
