Over the last decade or so, I helped grow a great business with Locana - wonderful teammates, great customers and really supportive ownership. A year ago TRC acquired Locana and after a year of integration my time there is over. I am taking some time and looking at what the next chapter brings. Founded in 1996, the company has grown to become one of the largest UK BPO companies (source: Ovum); the number one UK CMO provider (Source: Nelson Hall) and the market leader in Customer Management Services for Utilities in North America.I Lead the GIS/OMS program creation at a Northwest Utility valued at approximately $50M. Brought in partners and 3rd party contractors to execute the project. Participated in due diligence and acquisition efforts.

Lead the growth of Critigen in the Oil and Gas industry. Developed industry specific secure solutions based on Collaborative GIS portals. Delivered these through both insourcing and outsourcing. Worked with majors such as ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, BP and JV's such as Denali - The Alaska Gas Pipeline.

Created a new market for CH2M Hill systems integration solutions within the Oil and Gas vertical. This included Spatial Solutions, Security Services, Program Management Information Systems and Managed Services.

Delivered complex innovative solutions for Plum Creek, T-Mobile, Ericsson, City and County of Honolulu and Hawaii Department of Transportation (Airports).

Delivered complex ERP solutions for customers such as Washington Mutual Bank, Weyerhaeuser, AT&T Wireless Services, State of Washington, City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Sheriff Department and several Canadian federal government departments and agencies. Roles included Account Manager, National Practice Director, Project Manager and Partner in Charge of Human Resources.

Part of the Cadet Instructors List. Progressive responsiblities within the Regional Cadet Saling School, several years as the Senior Sailing Instructor at the largest such facility in Canada (HMCS Ontario).
