With a tenure exceeding a decade, our team has achieved significant milestones, including the eradication of $2.5 million in debt, the inception of the St. Joseph Housing Initiative, and moving the former St. Mary's High School forward as the "new" St. Mary's South Side Catholic High School, a Marianist high school independent of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. These efforts have not only fortified the institution's future but also enriched the surrounding community.My leadership style is underpinned by a commitment to the young men that we serve and expanding our role as "the" anchor in our Dutchtown neighborhood. We've also fostered educational growth through becoming the first and only high school in the state of Missouri to offer a Pre-apprenticeship program in the trades as a part of our curriculum demonstrating our vision as to the new and changing landscape of post-secondary opportunities for our young men and dedication to our school's mission.

PresidentSt. Mary'S South Side Catholic High School Aug 2013 - Present* Individually secured $1.2 million in donations for new turf field, lights, scoreboard and PA/sound system for football stadium* Organized and lead the first "Our Side...Southside Neighborhood Day of Service" in October, 2015, where the entire St. Mary's community (over 400 students, faculty and staff) spent the day in our neighborhood cutting grass, trimming trees, pulling weeds, picking up trash, etc. * Paid off $2.5 million in inherited debt* Co-founder of the St. Joseph Housing Initiative, a 501(c)3 non-profit that purchases and renovates homes, most being vacant, then selling them to low/moderate income families allowing them to build family wealth/equity through home ownership * Raised $5 million in 4 months and negotiated lease terms, new canonical sponsor, benefits, retirement, payroll, HR, insurance and budget for school to remain open independent of the Archdiocese of St. Louis* Selected to St. Louis Magazine's 2023 A-List recognizing the efforts of community leaders "Shaping the Region"* Selected as a 2024 St. Louis Titan 100, a designation recognizing St. Louis’ Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives * First high school in the state of Missouri to add Missouri Work Initiative's Pre-apprenticeship program to our school curriculum
