Ownership of all manufacturing technologies both additive and subtractive while managing partnership and vendor relations to create effective and innovative solutions.- Lead full service bureau for Additive capabilities supporting development and innovation- Direct communication with both internal and external partners and vendors to modify existing processes to better innovative solutions- Strong in-depth knowledge of Polymer based printing platforms and material characterization- Partner in development of color and surface finish post processing for 3D printed components

- Supported development through subtractive and additive processes to create jigs and fixtures that enabled testing lab to implement new testing capabilities- Designed, modeled and manufactured machine specific components to help improve efficiency and effectiveness for manufacturing floor- Designed and manufactured multi-part tooling for injection molding utilizing both Additive and Subtractive components

• Design and produce a wide variety of parts, sub-assemblies, prototypes, and/or systems for multiple vehicle platforms• Fabricate housings and test fixtures for electrical components• Produce both 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Solid Works models for evaluation• Generate G- Code , prepare and run CNC machine along with multiple user controlled machines to create tolerance specific parts• Cut prototype electrical boards using T-Tech machine through translated drawings• Assembly and integration of final fabrications• Redesign and rework engineering and machining processes to cut down on time and labor• Work closely with other engineers in rapid development for optimal designs
