Senior Consultant for a client base of approximately 50 clients. Clients users based ranged from 5 to 100. Design and Implementation of new networks, physical to virtual transitions, and continual support for existing networks.

Accept projects from current clients by phone and email, and develop project estimate, timelines, and scheduling. After initial phase of project is set and approved, delegate work between myself, and independent contractors working under the company. After project completion, manage invoicing and payments for clients and contractors. Design, plan, and implementation of new technology solutions, from server architecture, to network and voice design. Continual support for existing clients on server and network infrastructures. Personal management including billable hours tracking, calendar updates, some sales, recommendations and quotes to existing clients on new implementations, handling direct inbound calls from clients, time management, decision making, daily prioritizing, and vendor management.
