He earned his BS from the University of Iowa in 2003 and has been working in the field of commercial real estate maintenance and construction since 2004. With over 19 years of industry experience and his creative approach to problem solving, Michael has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by commercial real estate owners and managers. He is passionate about helping clients find solutions to achieve their project level goals while forging strong relationships with his attention to detail and unparalleled communication. In his role as Director of Business Development, Michael is responsible for the Business Development team while identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving growth.
