It’s all about creative energy.  Why? And 5 things about me and what I know. 1. At  a very young age I lost sight of my innate wisdom and joy as I tried to fit into a world that didn’t make sense.2. Post business school during the final interview of my first job I had an ‘aha moment’ when asked, "why are you going into business Mike?” and I answered, “I want to understand how it works so I can change it!”.3. I know every organization is a cause and when clear and open it energizes valuable change and rewarding careers.  4. I know that most people want to be part of creating a better future, and when their own cause aligns with the mutual cause of an organization, they get so energized they can’t help but bring the fullness of their contribution for valuable impact.5. I know that in an emerging world, the role of a leader is to hold a space that enables everyone to connect to something much bigger and unleash their creative energy, to co-create what hasn’t been done before.  Creative energy is the ‘secret sauce’ of business and remarkable careers. Fostering it is the work of leaders. Guiding leaders to foster creative energy is what I love to do.
