Gained a lot of experience in strategic and operational leadership, Space and Counterspace Operations, Cultural Transformation, Team Building, Leading Change, Counterspace Intelligence Analysis, Systems Acquisition/Procurement, Program Integration, and Resource Management. Additional operational experience in Security Assistance and office/personnel oversight and management, conflict resolution, strategic direction, resource management and developing people.Been around enough to know that titles don't matter, but how you treat others does.
