Michael Fenlon, Ph.D., is an experienced executive recognized for leading talent and workforce strategies for the digital economy, building innovative and inclusive cultures, developing leaders, and driving collaboration between business and higher education. As a retired principal and senior leader at PwC, Mike has decades of experience driving strategic, operational, financial and human capital results. He held US and global leadership positions, including C-suite, at PwC. As Chief Future of Work Officer, he focused on the impact of AI, technology and other megatrends on workforce strategies, transformation, culture, talent development, and employee reskilling. He led PwC’s sponsorship for CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion, comprised of 2,500+ CEOs and university presidents representing 21M+ employees. Fast Company magazine honored Mike as one of the 100 most creative people in business. Mike served as Chief People Officer for PwC US and Mexico, and employee centers in India, China, Argentina, the Philippines, and Indonesia. He served on the PwC US Leadership Team, PwC Global People Leadership Team, and drove improvements in financial metrics, digital transformation, retention of key talent, well-being and employee experience, with recognition by the Great Place to Work Institute for 20 consecutive years.
