Mike served as Chief People Officer for PwC US and Mexico, and employee centers in India, China, Argentina, the Philippines, and Indonesia. He served on the PwC US Leadership Team, PwC Global People Leadership Team, and drove improvements in financial metrics, digital transformation, retention of key talent, well-being and employee experience, with recognition by the Great Place to Work Institute for 20 consecutive years.
