Provided brokerage transaction services and advisory services including commercial and investment property sales, property repositioning and redevelopment, project leasing of office and retail properties, select buyer and tenant representation and advisory services.Concentration in urban areas of Minneapolis and St. Paul with a specialized focus and interest in the greater Uptown area of Minneapolis (recognized as Uptown’s 'go-to' professional and deal maker). Deep knowledge and experience in many different facets of commercial real estate coupled with an astute ability to craft and deliver practical solutions to solve complex real estate problems. Currently serve as Treasurer to the Uptown Association (underwriter and producer of the Uptown Art Fair) and serve on the association’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Previously served on boards of the Lake Street Council, Sholom Community Alliance, Minneapolis Jewish Federation and Hopkins Royals Basketball Association. Enjoyment of spectating and playing sports and interest in engaging and mentoring youth in sports – often coaching and volunteering in my community. Member and active in several real estate organizations, including the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
