★ Served in a multi-faceted on-site role involving product management, technical relationship management, customer support, and process improvement/automation for CoreLogic’s solutions at the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Servicing and Post Closing division. ★ Delivered end-to-end product management leadership (covering solutions architecture, implementation, and maintenance) for the VendorScape case management solution, DAISY mortgage data ODS, and iClear invoicing platform. ★ Devised and implemented 2K+ custom enhancements to the VendorScape platform between 2003 and 2011, in addition to leading the conversion of 5 “LPS Desktop” (now LoanSphere) systems to VendorScape.★ Collaborated cross-functionally with CoreLogic product teams and technical staff as well as executive management teams and end-users within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to facilitate seamless delivery of complex, multimillion-dollar products. ★ Gained recognition as an industry thought leader and subject matter expert through speaking engagements and participation in panel discussions at CoreLogic’s annual client conference.

★ Spearheaded the IRS CADE project for the IRS 1040EZ business rule engine to streamline CPU utilization using Sapiens business rule engine technology, completing and exceeding performance over IBM and delivering the solution within a 90-day window.★ Developed and implemented a web front-end portal for One Beacon that leveraged Sapiens’ web services capabilities to generate a custom quote online for One Beacon insurance agents. ★ Led the turnaround of a highly volatile client contract and successfully delivered an e-commerce website that generated $2M+ in sales for the client in the first year. ★ Directed custom implementations, upgrades, issue tracking/resolution, and user training/support for the Powerflex supply chain software with 28 customers.
