I'm on a mission to build a more transparent, connected and equitable EdTech sector for all.I've been championing education technology for the last 18 years - 5 years supporting digital transformation projects in schools, and 13 years leading my own ventures.Through EdTech Impact, we empower school buyers with community-driven insights to make smarter purchasing decisions, and provide school leaders with the tools and knowledge to realise more value from their EdTech ecosystem.The platform brings together a diverse, and often siloed, community of EdTech users, EdTech products, EdTech researchers and EdTech analysts to holistically assess the quality of education technology, with all results shared on an open marketplace.Today, over 5,000 products use the platform to strengthen their market proposition through data-driven insights, build an independent and reliable evidence base, and gain access to a vibrant marketplace of over 500,000 in-market buyers.I've been a member of the Department for Education's EdTech Leadership Group, contributing to the EdTech Strategy for schools in England, was elected to join the British Educational Suppliers' Association's Executive Council, Co-Founded the UK's EdTech Evidence Group, am an Executive Committee member for WISE, and enjoy sharing my findings at various advisory boards.I'm continually inspired by the people working in education, and believe anything is possible through hard work, an open mind, and paying it forward.
