Responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide initiatives which impacted quality and productivity at Bond. Held P&L responsibility for the Ford account at Bond - its single largest account. Was senior point of contact for all Ford clients & Ford procurement in Dearborn.

Responsible for the development of Ford's monthly production plan, including volume & revenue implications, profit, mix, dealer stock & share implications. Also responsible for all sales analysis activities.

Planned & implemented all new vehicle incentive programs (consumer & dealer) with an annual budget exceeding $600 million.

Working directly with five Y&R regional advertising agency offices across Canada, developed & implemented communications, promotional, corporate image & sponsorship programs, with an annual budget of $70 million.
