At DSC Services, I helped run the day to day routing of packages and handled the majority of customer service. DCS focused and still focuses on Home Hospice Care facilities and Labs such as Corum Healthcare and US Labs. Seeing a niche opportunity with the owner, I was quickly made the Sales Manager for DCS and directly focused much of my time on new business within the confines of Southern California. I believe my passion to help others came from this position at Subway because as we all know at Subway the customer always comes first, and I live by that to this day. Beginning work so young gave me a great foundation of integrity and work ethic. The franchise owners I worked for here ran a very tight ship and within 1 year of starting I was promoted to Assistant Manager/ Shift Lead. Within another year I was the GM for the subway located on the University of California in Irvine Campus. This Subway held the record for the highest volume of units a Subway location had sold in a month multiple times within my management employment there. being that we were closed 4 months out of the year, that speaks volumes... literally. Much of the skills I have acquired over the years all started here at this greatly run franchise of Subways in Irvine California.
