Current• Extensive knowledge of business operations and development and possess the ability to increase revenue through strategic problem resolution• Facilitate with the acquisition of 5 different locations for Consolidated Materials for sand and gravel mining. • Built a client base of over 600 customers which include asphalt, ready-mix, and underground customers for aggregate supply. • Managed the development and acquisition of the equipment and the facilities of the 5 locations• Understanding of target markets and its collective dynamics, ie. industry, company, projects, contacts, market strategies, and what can be done to attract clients• Oversee the procurement, material supplies and transportation requirements for a significant list of satisfied customers• Provide innovative trucking solutions for shipping operations, aggregate hauling, bulk hauling, and other transportation services• Collaborate with vendors and management to make certain customer requirements are met• Proven ability to establish a high level of trust and confidence with customers and their expectations
