Sr. VP of Operations: Leadership of the Theme/Water Park division. Responsibilities: Hard Ride/Water Attraction operationsProject Manager: This role is critical in achieving the goal for a successful, profitable multi-family project build out. Responsibilities include design/plans development, Municipality permitting, securing the subcontract base, day to day management of the budget (an average of $30M+ per), maintaining or exceeding the established project duration. Director of Operations: Operational leadership of the nine Water Parks located in seven US cities (New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Florida, Las Vegas, and California) and A Nature Theme Park in Florida. This support included: Water Attraction operations, lifeguard/employee training and placement, providing leadership development to the individual park management teams including the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, etc. Corporate liaison between the parks and the support staff. Budgeting and forecasting. Capital and Expense planning and implementation.
