Most recently he invested in a travel-related business, tapping his expertise and lifelong passion for global exploration, becoming the company’s Chief Voyager. He also continues to provide consulting and advisory services to senior executives in the private and public sectors helping reengineer and reinvigorate business processes and leadership teams. He guides lean startups, developing business strategies and plans and securing capital. Widely known for his skills involving and introducing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Mike has won numerous honors and awards globally for his work in this area.
