NCG is a group of colleges and private training providers.Overall management responsibility for a local team of 9 plus a further 3 based at the remote college sites, the Director of HR, (Colleges & Group Services) has responsibility for providing a service to Newcastle College, West Lancashire College, Newcastle Sixth Form College, Kidderminster College and NCG Group Services. The role had full accountability for the delivery of the annual pay negotiations, employee engagement strategy and to lead all consultations held with PCS Union National Officers.BAA Gatwick Airport Ltd (18 months)BAA, a service led and performance driven organisation, was undergoing a significant change programme which involved a comprehensive process redesign and reorganisation into a new business operating model.
