Led ESA’s efforts to transform perceptions of video games and shape the entertainment and technology policy landscape. As president and CEO, served as the public face of the industry, leader of ESA's fantastic and diverse team, and build 4 strategic plans that delivered results that matched the industry's tripling in size during his tenure.Dramatically escalated ESA's state and federal political profile with order of magnitude changes to political giving. Sourced and guided the ESA Foudation's historic Extra Life partnership with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
