With over 20 years experience in delivering clients the data and analytics they need in a clean, user-friendly and efficient manner, I am a proven leader in the design, implementation, and support of software solutions. With a background beginning in corporate training for an international restaurant chain, I learned what shapes customer happiness. Then, armed with a degree in Electrical and Software Engineering, I further developed my career in client-facing roles, working in the trenches to understand our clients' needs, both explicit and implicit. My Current role at NECI as a Solutions Architect for Business Integrations, combines my vast experience in creating communication between various business systems (ERP, IWMS, CRM, etc) to reduce the need for duplicating data input, while improving consistency of data across disparate systems. As an Architect, I am working with the latest principles in Event Driven Architecture, and combining that with best practices related to documentation and Source Control.Previously, my role was at JLL as AVP & Senior Technical Manager and allowed me to guide the actions of my global remote development team to deliver solutions that made our clients ridiculously happy, in a timely and budget conscious manner. Additionally, I also contributed to the strategic growth of the JLLT division by driving internal process improvements in software source control and developer "Best Practices" using GIT Software Control Management.Prior to JLL, I spent over 8 years at ARCHIBUS, Inc. as Customer Services Team Lead, Senior Professional Services developer, and Manager of Customer Services. These roles utilized my skills in Customer Management, Technical Support Leadership, Software Development, and Technical Training. I earned both a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
