Broad range of experience and leadership within mining operations and engineering as well as hands on project experience from studies through execution and operations readiness. Strong financial acumen and financial modelling capabilities. Passionate about mining operations and project execution, specifically integrating operations excellence fundamentals into a management operating systems as the foundation.Most importantly, I strive to personally commit time and effort each day to developing future leaders in the business. In my spare time I support non-profit and industry organizations I believe in, through board participation including the Canadian Mental Health Association -Sudbury/Manitoulin, Ontario Mining Association and NORCAT.
