My business role within Communo is lead the sales, partnerships, and investor relationships globally. My role in the community as a former agency founder is provide a helping hand / Sherpa to our 500+ growing agencies on our platform.

Responsible for Vice Media's global commercial digital services. Advise departments and executives on new business and media innovations emerging from digital. Negotiate and create new partnerships with vendors and startups that provide Vice with a unique opportunity in the marketplace. Represent Vice's business objectives and goals on several boards, organizations, and conferences. But mostly I am just the nerdiest guy in the room who people enjoy drinking with. The NYDD (New York Digital District) is a not-for-profit organization serving the digital business community in the DUMBO area of Brooklyn, New York. The organization supports rapid and responsible growth of our industry by promoting collaboration, advocating for infrastructural upgrades, providing support for our members, and representing the industry at the table with policymakers and leaders locally and nationally.

Digital DUMBO is a community of over 10,000 digital media and technology thought leaders. Founded in 2009, Digital DUMBO was created to raise awareness and excite commerce for the digital community of DUMBO through monthly networking events and workshops. The organization has since hosted events in both New York, Dallas, Boston, London, and Madrid with host partners including Google, BING, AOL, and AT&T.

Was elected to office at 23 primarily using social media becoming the first candidate in US history to do so. Our grassroots campaign defeated the party nominated candidate (who had served before I was born) in a primary. Then had a large victory in the general election against the town's former Fire Chief. Serving in office I worked hard to bring modern technology to local government to decrease costs and increase accountability. I pushed for GPS units in all public work automobiles, replaced typewriters with computers in town hall, and introduce legislation for city run Wifi arguing it was a Utility not a Luxury (1/2 price of current provider monopoly, and free to all students) This clearly upset the Unions & Cable Companies. They held signs up calling me a rat and threatened me if I continued they would destroy me. Cable Companies lobbied the state to stop us afraid it would spread to other cities. Young, dumb, and sticking with my morals I pushed back harder. So they financed a Union crony candidate the following year to primary me. They pulled every dirty trick in the book, and had the highest mail in votes in district history and only won by 5 votes. Having the privilege to serve the town of Hamden has had the greatest impact on my life. I am so thankful for all the support. Long Live Hamden & the Fighting 8th!
