I am a Senior Finance Executive appointed as FD/CFO. My highest value competencies include Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), measuring Operating & Financial performance (MIS) and Financial Restructuring.• FP&A: At Integrated Finance I led the development of a complex financial forecasting model to satisfy the investment conditions of the financial investors (VC and Angel) for an initial £2m seed funding round to get to a minimum viable product (MVP). My contribution focussed on evaluating levers that drive profitability (MRR, CAC and LTV) and cash flow generation in order to reduce risk and enhance shareholder value. • MIS: At “Ashbury – The Product Information People”, whose clients include the major international B2C retailers, I was appointed as FD to support the owner-managers to prepare for a financial exit within the next 5 years. Beyond BAU, I analysed its business model and its value chain front-to-back company-wide within a balanced scorecard framework to drive sustainable growth to optimise the exit multiple. • Financial Restructuring: At Clear Treasury I was appointed as CFO by the owner-managers to facilitate an MBO and to provide the forward blueprint for the finance function.
