The Practice Firm was a simulated business model that allowed participants to gain realistic work experience while conducting virtual business with other Practice Firms globally. While 'working' at the Practice Firm the participants conducted a full job search for a 'real' position.

Coordinated the Career Services division; counselled and job coached CompuCollege students and graduates; taught student success, and job search strategy courses; wrote curricullum for student success and job search courses.
