Working on expanding capabilities of both the Elgin and Kalamazoo facilities and integrating them into the ColorArt, a Marking.com company. Working through the purchase of new and used equipment to upgrade and support the continued growth of Plerus and to offer primary and secondary support to other plants in ColorArt.

Facilitated the name change and integration of sister companies into one operating company. Continuing on as General Manager of both facilities.

General Manager responsible for all aspects of the company. Tasked with expanding into the direct mail industry and to revamp processes throughout the facility.

Scheduling the production for all bindery operations on two shifts with an emphasis on perfect bound books. I also help schedule for the converting and mail departments. The bindery includes cutting, folding, collating, spiral wire, double wire, plastic coil, padding, tipping, overwrapping and other handwork.
