During my time at Yeti I partnered with clients and production teams to define, design and launch web and native mobile apps. I immersed myself in diverse industries ranging from Home Care and Genomics to Internet Security and Social Networking in order to best understand the user and business problems I was trying to solve.My goal was to create engaging user experiences through a human-centered design approach. Facilitating client discovery workshops, instituting a user research and testing methodology and rapidly prototyping and validating new product ideas all resulted in more empathetic design solutions.Delivering great products at a young, small agency is a constant challenge. Each client presents unique problems to solve with entirely new sets of requirements. Recognizing this, I sought to improve the quality of our daily output by continually refining our product development process.
