During my time with this company, over 25 years now, I have been a line employee performing the functions of usher and crowd service provider. I moved on to a brief management position for the Central Washington region assigned to the office in Yakima, Washington. I returned to a supervisor position to further my education and have been, for the past four years, the backstage manager at our two biggest venues – the Gorge Amphitheater and the White River Amphitheater, both owned and operated by Live Nation, the world’s biggest live event promoter.This position is very involved and requires professional communication with venue and tour managers, artists, media personnel, production personnel, and the public. It carries with it the responsibility of supervising staff that control access to the backstage area at these two venues, which means effectively communicating the needs and requests of the tour, thoroughly understanding and explaining their passes and credentials that determine, control, and allow access to these sensitive areas.

As a Correctional Systems Officer (GL-8/8) with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, an agency within the United States Department of Justice, I am a federal law enforcement officer with jurisdiction limited to the institution (prison) where I am assigned. This position within the prison involves the processing (in and out) of federal offenders, communicating with attorneys, court personnel, and personnel from other federal agencies. Additionally, I may be called upon to also maintain the security and integrity of the institution by controlling access and monitoring activity both inside, as well as on the outer property, via CCTV, communication with others via radio, and use of professional communication with all visitors.•Record information, such as prisoner identification, charges, fingerprinting, photo taking, and accountability of records and funds upon arrival, as well as implementing observational skills to annotate any points of interest•Maintain order, discipline, and security within assigned areas in accordance with relevant rules, regulations, policies, and laws•Maintain knowledge of, comply with, and enforce all institutional policies, rules, procedures, and regulations•Supervise inmates and conduct intake and release procedures which requires a level of verbal skills in courteous and professional communication with offenders that may be under the influence or non-compliant•Respond to calls from the public and outside agencies seeking information about inmates or policies and procedures of the Bureau of Prisons.

Tour bootleg security/trademark enforcement. Seized counterfeit merchandise sold by bootleggers. Lots and lots of counterfeit merchandise. I continue to do this locally in the Washington, Oregon, and Idaho area and am willing to travel further.
