Direct and maintain the ministry of Open Doors within Australia, providing spiritual leadership and communicating the message of the Persecuted Church by communicating the story, connecting people and calling them to action.The role includes the oversight of all elements of the ministry within Australia including; strategic development, relationship management, human resource management, operational management and reporting and compliance.

- In 2009 started Halo Ticket Pty Ltd and grew it to a business with an annual turnover of $1.98 million in less than 2 years with a subscriber list of 22,000.- In 2010 started Halo Music Pty Ltd entered into global agreements with iTunes, Spotify, GooglePlay and KKBOX. Grew the business to annual revenue of $250k with global digital aggregation rights to 125+ artists and authors.- In 2013 started Table Collective Pty Ltd a organisation aimed at mentoring and coaching start-ups and working with organisations on business structure and advice (inc. World Vision Australia, Katoomba Christian Conventions, Christian Media Association, CCLI, HeartStyles, Compassion, Hillsong).

- Management and distribution of a $5 million marketing budget (inc. Direct mail catalogues, radio, internet, newspaper, TV, sponsorship / contra deals).- Design and management of annual marketing plan including multiple channels (i.e. direct mail, catalogue, radio, internet and TV).- Designed and implemented CRM program that allowed database segmentation to a greater level than previously possible.- Designed, implemented and managed third party advertising schemes to offset the cost of catalogue production and mailing costs. Revenue from this program grew to over $500k annually within 3yrs and resulted in over $1.2million bottom line offset. Program currently generates over $700k annually.- Implemented a marketing consultation service as a ‘value ad’ to third party advertising schemes. This allowed for an additional revenue channel and resulted in greater control over our third party advertisers.

- Complete control and responsibility for the largest product group in the company. Music & DVD sales account for over 30% of sales.- Stock control for 18 stores nationwide and 8 stores internationally including managing appointed “section” managers in each of these stores.- Marketing and merchandising responsibility for 18 stores in Australia and 8 stores in the UK.- International travel 4 times per year to meet with record labels and producers with the goal of developing key strategic relationships and sourcing product for the Koorong and Wesley Owen (UK) chain of stores.- Management of licensing and distribution of film product for Koorong and Wesley Owen stores, involved in regular meetings with large film studios and negotiations on terms, costs and license periods.
