I have been a business and executive leadership coach for almost two decades. I've worked in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors, started two companies and grown a charity from $4m-$10m in revenue leading a team of 30 across two countries. I have travelled the world delivering humanitarian aid to war zones, countries in the grip of economic ruin, famine or displacement. I've seen the best parts of humanity collide with some of the most heartbreaking and I've seen people fighting for survival in some of the most oppressive countries and against some of the most oppressive regimes on the planet.Through all of this I have become passionate about organisational culture, diversity and creating a sense of safety, belonging and being noticed within teams and companies. I am a firm believer that a leaders role is not to be better than the people they lead, but to get the best out of the people they lead.
