Within UltraTape I am directly responsible of driving growth and new sales through:• providing technical sales support and training to our internal sales and customer service staff• managing multiple international sales employees• managing our distribution network of approximately 30 distributors in North America, Asia, and Europe; providing training for their staff and technical support on joint calls• working directly with our customers to understand their unique needs and develop custom solutions or new products to fit their specific manufacturing processes• direct end-user customer sales meetings, follow up, and account management • balancing multiple projects and driving them to a close• working with our manufacturing team and suppliers to develop and launch new products • aiding marketing department with technical product specifications and write-ups• attending trade shows, seminars, and training• travel: National, Asia, and Europe• Influential in nearly doubling total sales over six years Show less
