DNA was a retained boutique executive search firm that catered to a number of industries predominantly within the Mid-Atlantic. Searches were conducted typically at the VP level and above and covered all functional roles.Senior Vice President Initially hired as a Researcher with multi-disciplinary focus. Within 5 years progressed to SVP leading the firm’s Financial Services practice. Managed, developed and directed a team of Recruiters in a retained search fee-based recruiting environment. Instructed in the areas of cold-calling, sourcing from competition, offer negotiation and closing. Conducted search assignments in Commercial Banking, Consumer Finance, Real Estate Lending and Workout, Trust, Card Services, Wealth Management & Investment Banking, Operations, IT, HR, Risk Management and Credit Policy.  Served as an internal consultant with companies such as Bank of America and Signet Bank (now Capital One), where I spear-headed the staffing efforts for card services, asset management, commercial lending, credit risk and corporate marketing.
