I was promoted into this position after showing I had the skills set to start high level conversations with our competition's accounts and get our foot in the door to stir the pot. Started my career with ADP in Detroit for a short 6 months. We then moved BACK to K.C. following my wife's career and I was transferred back into the K.C. market with ADP.

Managed a rental fleet of approx 3,200 cars. Responsible for planning the fleet for the Oakland County region and leading a team of Remarketing Sales Reps to sell these vehicles when pulled out of fleet. Made decisions in collaboration with rental management to determine proper fleet mix for rental needs, proper cycling of cars to optimize the inventory adjusment dollars at the time of sale, and determining the optimal time to insert and pull vehicles out of the rental fleet.On top of making fleet plan decisions, my job was to manage the "remarketing" process of these cars to dealers. Our goal was to keep the cars out of the auto auctions and wholesale these cars back to franchised new car dealers for their used car lots. This saved Enterprise millions of dollars in depreciation (quick turn around time) and auction fees (transportation, clean up, etc...). Built relationships with decision makers at car dealerships who could purchase these cars from us which saved them time and money as well.
