Developed relationships with I.T. Leaders at medium and large businesses within assigned accounts. Also, responsible for growing the territory by hunting new business. Included heavy phone prospecting and meetings in a face to face setting with prospects and clients. Goal was to help customers identify knowledge gaps within their teams and help them become more efficient in identified areas.Consulted with IT leaders to help them develop and execute a training plan within Centriq's corporate training program. Areas of training included Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat Linux, CompTIA, E.C. Council, ITIL, IBM, Agile/Scrum, Business Analysis, Project Management, VNware and web development. I worked with some brilliant instructors who taught me about technology. I was also fortunate to work with some amazing companies and their I.T. leaders who taught me how technology can be leveraged for efficiency and revenue growth.
