My aim is to find creative and effective ways to de-risk complex and difficult real estate deals, using insurance as a tool to create financial confidence and security for the funding community. I am also a chair of the NextCo shadow board, a forum for SRG's next generation of leaders to develop new perspectives on Group strategy and discuss the critical issues that face the business.
