As AVP of North America Sales and Support, I developed, implemented, and managed the strategic sales efforts for the North America Sales organization to exceed revenue and operating profit goals. Having responsibility for several synergistic teams including Pre-Sales, Field Sales, Recurring Service Sales, Channel Account Managers, Order Management, and Product Support / TAC provided me a beginning to end view the customer experience and the opportunity streamline processes to wring out efficiencies while better serving FNet customers.Responsibilities included go to market decisions and execution, channel set up and ongoing optimization, sales process definition and improvement, onboarding, coaching, teaming with Marketing and Engineering as well as other operating companies to maximize revenue, sales comp and bonus design, channel discount structure and rebate programs, and anything else that needed to be done to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Barnhill was a manufacturer’s representative responsible for the sales and support of products from companies such as Fluke Networks, MicroMuse, and Remedy. As Sr Sales Assoc, I was responsible for these products in TX, OK, AR, and LA as well as mentoring new hires as we expanded. I was honored with top Sales person in the world for multiple years by our manufacturers.
