Managing a budget of around £4m per annum purchasing, quality assuring and developing policy around school transport services for mainstream and highly specialist journeys within and outside the authority area. Client Officer in £1m outsourcing project providing market intelligence and operating EU procurement processes.

Specific projects included the development, roll-out and marketing of an online self-service system for school admissions. The system achieved the highest take-up of such a system by users in the UK during it's first year of operation, and contributed considerable business process efficiencies.

Set-up and operation of a Single Point of Access for Adult Social Care and associated services, including research and development of Information, Advice and Guidance database and geographical tools to allocate casework. Providing initial assessments with a specific emphasis on supporting asylum seekers and refugees.
