I became a licensed Realtor to become more familiar with the sales and marketing side of the business. So far, it has been enlightening and rewarding. Although I am not an active Realtor, I keep my license current and stay up to date on market conditions.

I work with a great group of people here at Tower Construction, LLC. We are a boutique general contractor specializing in multifamily projects, senior housing or subsidized housing, that are HUD, DCA, or otherwise publicly funded. Tower Construction is located in Woodstock, GA and we focus our efforts in the southeastern United States.

I was privileged to have worked with a great group of people at Barnett & Cheeves. I worked closely with the owners of the firm implementing new sales strategies, process improvement procedures, and financial controls.

Managed home building operations, master planning (played key role), product development, infrastructure design, and improvements for five neighborhoods within Callaway Gardens. Sales management, systems development, project management, entitlements, and community governance were all within my scope of work. I continue manage ongoing operations for the company.
