My mission is to support the development of the next generation of physician leaders.I focus now on executive coaching for physician leaders, at all levels, but particularly senior executives in hospitals and health systems. The focus is usually on business acumen, change management, organizational behaviors, and conflict resolution.I also do work with physician group Governing Boards on general governance issues and the special concerns and learning for physician board members.I continue to teach in learning collaboratives about group dynamics, meeting management, basic organizational theory, introductory finance, and change management and communication.
