Leads the team responsible for IoT Products; focused on Connected Spaces, Assets, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Automotive and Fleet.

For this role, I lead cross-functional team of project managers, product managers, technical leads, and contractors on large program implementation, including executing strategic planning, reporting requirements, program road mapping, and forecasting. Additionally, I act as subject matter expert for 3G sunset for senior leadership, employees, and customers, as well as attending customer escalation meetings.My achievements include:• Directed migration program, with a program budget of $120M, from 3G to 4G for business mobility and IOT with over $500M in annual revenue and 2M IOT migrations from 1Q 2020 to 1Q 2021.• Led 3G switcher campaign resulting in 1.2 IOT competitive switches, incremental gross adds, and annual revenue increase of $12M.• Led project on product marketing operations, with an annual budget of $130M, including the Internet of Things (IOT) Device Center of Excellence, business mobility operations, supervising device portfolio management, and connectivity growth. Improved cost structure and vendor consolidation through IOT device portfolio optimization project, analyzing historical hardware sales and contracts to integrate popular hardware.

As the Director, Chief of Staff, I provided direct support for human resources, budget, and administrative teams across the organization, representing senior leadership in their absence in resolution of budgets, business planning, and tactical strategy. I prioritized critical work tasks and expertise in all technical areas, and collaborated on task forces and process management teams to increase organizational success. Furthermore, I led $7.5M budget management for contract services and event sponsorships to support organizational priorities, including providing recommendations to senior leadership and supervising spending to optimize return on investment and protect against budget overruns, and provided prompt and accurate invoice processing.My key contributions include:• Devised executive presentations, key messaging, and other supporting materials for more than 20 events for the CEO of AT&T Business and Board of Directors to communicate vision, priorities, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.• Led production and management of the AT&T Business Leadership event, an annual sales event for more than 2K employees with a budget of $8M.• Mentored direct report to become successor.

As the Associate Director, I headed team of eight employees for the troubleshooting calls flow redesign for 16 technical support call centers, orchestrating focus-group programs for insight and optimization of tools and support. Interfaced with product teams to provide insights on customer interactions, both online and via phone calls. I collaborated with Google and Apple on Android and iOS software improvements, and partnered with Call Center leadership to optimize tools for care representatives to improve higher first call resolutions, shorter call times, and customer satisfaction.My key accomplishments:• Established requirements for next generation Digital Technical Troubleshooting platform to reduce cost and optimize customer service and on-line or self-service technical support.• Top 1% Mobility and Business Customer Service Management Program in 2014.
