Responsible for leading a team of 10 content managers to enhance att.com and Care support experiences in collaboration with Big Data and Digital teams. I guided the development of technical workflows, launched the Troubleshoot & Resolve tool, and managed CMS migrations. Key accomplishments include delivering $5 million in annual savings through simplified device tutorials and UI redesign, leading the creation of 12 interactive workflows for the Troubleshoot & Resolve site. My role involved orchestrating content strategy workshops, managing technical writing standards, and overseeing web tutorial development for AT&T's smartphone portfolio.
